Bush to Beach
The best of Bouddi's bush and coastline.

Descend a bush trail through spotted gums and towering angophora (Sydney Red Gums) to one of the Central Coast’s most unspoiled beaches. Maitland Bay can only be reached by foot or boat, and often you’ll have it to yourself. Enjoy a short break at this sheltered cove before continuing along the Bouddi Coastal Walk, through coastal heath and banksia scrub.

The path weaves between clifftop lookouts and sheltered gullies, with sweeping views north along the Central Coast and south towards the Sydney skyline on a clear day. The walk finishes at the relaxed, sandy shores of Putty Beach – the perfect place for a swim at the end of a beautiful trail.
