The day can be tailored to your activity level, but typically begins with a guided walk through coastal bushland to a lookout high above Broken Bay, where the Hawkesbury River meets the Pacific and the sandstone headlands of Box Head, Barrenjoey and West Head frame the water. Along the track, keep an eye out for wildflowers and the occasional glimpse of a kookaburra, echidna or goanna.
From here, settle in for around three hours of sailing across Broken Bay and up the Hawkesbury River, passing Lion Island and the wild coastline of Ku-ring-gai Chase, anchoring at a secluded bay for a swim if you wish. You may spot marine life such as dolphins, seals, or even the occasional whale (seasonal), while enjoying a gourmet grazing platter aboard the yacht.
